The Secretary of Government, Gabriela Góngora, led a tour of the Containers Necochea company, where the structure that will soon be placed in the Villa del Deportista area to officiate as health and police posts is well advanced, in accordance with what had been agreed a few years ago with UATRE, for the extension of the camping concession of said guild.Accompanied by the president of the Deliberative Council, Guillermo Sánchez, and the director of Concessions, Verónica Dones, Góngora highlighted the work of the company headed by José Servat, and contextualized that "we were visiting the container of the health post and the post police of UATRE, which had to comply with the concession of the campsite, something that has been the subject of discussion in the Deliberative Council as well.We wanted to see how the work was being carried out and how long it would take.”Mentioning the administrative order that the management seeks, the official assured that "we want to enforce the deadlines for the concessionaires and UATRE was one of them, so thanks to the meetings and the dialogue that we have carried out, it can be done, following the decision of Mayor Arturo Rojas, to comply with what had been regulated at the time."This will be in the entire area of ​​Villa del Deportista and Villa Zabala, we believe that it is a strong presence of the State in that area and it is a commitment that we have since we assumed, to be close to that neighborhood", Góngora mentioned, realizing that the residents there "have been demanding this for a long time, the Deliberative Council approved it years ago and although it took a long time, very soon we will be inaugurating it and fulfilling it."For his part, the businessman José Servat stressed that "we are happy that both UATRE and the Municipality have trusted Containers Necochea to carry out this project, which is in the final stretch and in 30 or 40 days it would be ready to install it", and He mentioned that “unlike traditional construction, the container is neither better nor worse, but the fact that it is transportable is safe and very practical and simple.In addition, if tomorrow the container has to be moved 300 meters because there is an overcoming project for that space, it can be moved calmly, without leaving any economic damage”.It is worth remembering that, after the approval of the HCD of a draft ordinance in 2019 that authorized the Argentine Union of Rural Workers and Stevedores (UATRE) to continue using and exploiting lot No. 3 of the Fiscal Tourist Units of the Las Grutas Sector, in Calle 187 between 2 and 10 of Parque Miguel Lillo, such a union offered "the donation of a container of 12 meters by 5 meters, duly covered, with its openings, enclosures and divisions for the operation of a health post and police post to be installed in the public sector of campsites, a place where this municipality -slogan- deems appropriate”.
